Crew

Crew is at the heart of everything we do. It represents our commitment to fostering a sense of belonging, teamwork, and shared responsibility among all members of our school community. 

Crew is about Relationships 

Every student belongs to a small group called a Crew, guided by a teacher or staff member who serves as their Crew Leader. This group becomes a “family within a family,” offering support, guidance, and encouragement. Crew time is a dedicated space to build meaningful relationships, share experiences, and grow together. 

Crew is about Growth 

In Crew, students set academic and personal goals, reflect on their progress, and celebrate their achievements. Through open conversations and collaborative activities, Crew helps students develop essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, and self-management. 

Crew is about Accountability 

We believe that “We are Crew, not passengers.” This means every individual has an active role in their learning journey and the success of the group. Crew members hold each other accountable, ensuring everyone is working towards their goals and contributing positively to the community. 

Crew is about Service 

Crew promotes the value of giving back. Whether through service-learning projects, community initiatives, or school-based activities, students learn the importance of making a positive impact on the world around them.

With crew we understand that students thrive when they feel connected and supported. Crew provides the foundation for these connections, helping every child feel seen, heard, and empowered to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Starting in 2025, we are excited to make Crew a cornerstone of our school culture, fostering an environment where every student can grow into a confident, capable, and compassionate individual.
